		<description>That was a very well written article. It is helpful especially for those who are just starting their career. I never thought that this kind of problem could arise when working at office. And really a programmer needs a maker&#039;s schedule. And if you disturb that schedule you ruin half of the day. So for myself and others its better to meet someone for meeting or coffee at the end of the half day. i.e. just before lunch or at the end of the day.
